Do something different with your O...add an internal line to it, as it sometimes looks like a funky T or an E. Also, your N can sometimes not seem to flow with the rest of it (in my opinion). Thirdly, try to move the internal line of the N to match the bottom curve of it...it juts downwards towards the bottom where the last face of it (all the way to the right on the top picture) is curved...they should match for the most part.
