The tap on the top of the toilet water storage is for washing your hands to conserve water but not one person I know here in Japan uses them. Oh and also most likely that toilet has a ass washer and a vagina squirter [you press a button and a magical arm comes out from the toilet and squirts your ass.] On a side note when I first got here i acidently pressed one after taking a pis and the arm came out [me not knowing what was goning on] leant over the bowl to see what the fuck it was. Well the thing starts squirting me in the face and then when I move it starts squirting the fucking roof. They have alot of fucking power for a toilet super soaker. And then you realize that asia doesnt have a problem with child molesters, and child porn, its the white devils that have infacuations with this due to over inbreeding...plus in general asia has a different outlook on what is kosher and not...and you can tell they are in asia because of the heated toilet seat that feels oh so good....
