Yes these styles have died down, the hating and constant artfag
comments become old, and also the fact that this type of
art takes alot out of you as artist. Especially in the states.
With the hardcore mentality and elitist traditionalist.
Thinking about another way to paint or different ways to
push the medium always fall victim to questioning yourself
and the relevence. It is a walk long lonely walk at times.
I try to keep a good mxture of traditional and abstract, but
feel when looking back in 50 years, will i have been keeping
the tradition alive or pushing it inspire the next generation
of artist. Without progress i think any art is bound to fail,
specially an art like graffiti.
