  1. it looks like one of the models that have the counter balenced gas pistons

    anyone ever hear of an AEK-971 /972 /973? shits insane.. they are supposed to be the most accurate assault rifles on full auto in the world. Developed by russia a couple years ago. each model is a different caliber (7.62X39, 5.45X39, 5.56X45) not sure on whitch is what tho. too lazy to look it up now.

    I'm thinking you might mean the German Weiger series of rifles. I don't know the exact circumstances but Weiger made them to fulfill a arms need by some 3rd world countries but got shot down by NATO prior to delivery. I can't speak for their accuracy, but I've heard similar "rumors".

    The rifle I bought had been spray painted black. So I've spent the last week (in my free time) stripping it completely and sanding all the furniture. I've got it all back together now and just need to get out and fire the sumbitch. I'm stoked to see how it shoots..

  2. ^^No they're not!! The 870 is in the exact same ballpark as the Mossy 500. It's all a matter of preference. I've owned both and honestly my Remington just feels better made.

  3. if thats what i think it is it is extreamly accurate on full auto

    It's a Romanian STG-2000C...Basically, an upgraded AK-47 from what I've been reading online.

  4. Just bought one of these for $150 from one of my customers. Used, but in pretty good condition. Definitely worth the money. Already has the rail installed and came with a Target Sports 2.5x30 scope on it..

  5. I just ordered a bunch of books from Amazon based on your guys' comments.

    Great Gatsby, been meaning to read this for some time, but all the talk in the last few pages is going to make it happen.

    The Sun Also Rises, and Sunset Limited. Looks like I'm in this for the long haul..Wish me luck.

  6. each grow bulb is gonna constantly use either 600 or 1000 watts, wouldnt that require an insane amount of solar panels? it is a cool idea, but id feel like a goofball if i built a fuckload of solar panels to grow plants, since they already come with solar panels (leaves). if you wanna save $$ just grow em outside and let the good lord do his magic.

    edit: youd be looking at roughly 100sq ft of solar panels to produce a pound of herb.

    Well, I'm not going to do the math, but...

    If you ran enough solar panels you could theoretically ran the lamps to an inverter that's connected to a battery bank.

    Lamps--->Inverter---->Battery Bank----->Solar Panels.

    This way your load(lamps) is not restricted by the amount of sunlight given that day. You'd have to determine your exact draw from the battery bank to make sure you were offsetting with energy coming from the solar panels ensuring your batteries are being recharged fully when the lights are off. Again, I don't know the ratio of light to resting period and how many lights they were running, but this is a feasible option. Wouldn't be cheap, but the return would be less energy consumption via diesel gas(generator) or power service from the electrical company.
