  1. Checked all the sensors which were ok. Pulled the fuel rails and injectors off and what do ya know. Injectors are properly clapped out. Tomorrow I'll clean em up and see if I can get this motor to fire up.

While I was under the hood I pulled off the manifold and valve covers so I could oil the valvetrain and camshaft. At least I know I'm not cranking the motor dry.

Also removed the break booster which will be replaced with the hydro boost unit. It'll clean up the engine bay and give me more room for the hydraulic clutch master cylinder.

The break booster was a motherfucker to get out, I could barely get a wrench in there. Not to mention my body was twisted in ways unnatural to the the human anatomy.

  2. Unfortunately the tires on my car are wider then what came stock. So the tires that the shop ordered were the wrong size. That's on me for not actually checking the tire size on the car and referring to the website. No biggie, but I'll keep that on mind the next time I order tires

  3. I never participated on any social media platform other then the 12oz. So whenever the subject comes up on the news or in a group conversation, I just tend to tune myself out.

  4. I'm masking up all day. Typically at work I'll be in hospitals, retirement homes, factories, grocery stores, and homes. I'm not risking getting sick or spreading rona to others. I don't get angry when I see others not wearing a mask, it's your life. But I'm definitely keeping my distance and respecting others the way I want to be respected.

On a side note, if there's one positive I can take from this fucked up situation is I've become good friends with all my neighbors.

  5. After years of messing around with extension cords and air hoses I finally gave in and picked up some cordless tools. I finally saw the light when I was helping a friend work on his car in his small condo garage and we used his Milwaukee cordless tools. The work went so much faster and I wasn't having to constantly mess around with plugging in tools and getting extension cords tangled up. not to mention the time to put stuff away was a fraction of the time. I'm looking forward to putting these to use and I also kind of feel like an idiot for not purchasing cordless tools years ago. Cheers!
