I am curious whether or not it is still in print. Couldn't find much information online and the ISBN No. I found for it seems to be invalid. *Edit* I found this and I definitely think USD $43.00 is worth it. But its out of print and is almost impossible to get ahold of these days..And since noone is making any money of it it would be really nice if someone who owns it made a photo/scanned copy out of it in pdf or jpg.
