alright so i forgot about this deuche and his funny situation. see for yourself how well he's doing now. court was this month.

A month after a Seaside police officer was arrested on suspicion of sexually battering two women, authorities filed more charges against him after three more alleged victims came forward.

The Monterey County District Attorney's Office filed an amended complaint Tuesday against Seaside police Officer Salvador Reynaga for 33 counts of committing assault while acting in an official position, sexual battery with restraint, sexual battery, assault with the intent to commit a felony, child molesting and possession of an assault weapon.

Michael Breeden, a county deputy district attorney, said Thursday that all the crimes alleged against Reynaga are considered felonies, except for the child molesting, which is a misdemeanor. According to the complaint, Reynaga is accused of molesting one of the women's children who is under the age of 18. In the firearms charge, Breeden said, Reynaga is accused of possessing a Bushmaster assault rifle — a weapon prohibited in California.

Reynaga, 31, was arrested on March 7 and initially faced 16 counts of assault with the intent to commit mayhem or specified sex offenses, sexual battery and committing assault while acting in an official position against two women.

The District Attorney's Office has said it opened an investigation on Reynaga on March 4 after the Seaside police chief told them of allegations brought through a citizen's complaint filed with their department. Reynaga is accused of committing these criminal acts against the women while on duty.

According to the complaint filed at the county Superior Court, the crimes were allegedly committed between Nov. 19, 2009 and Feb. 25, 2011.

Reynaga is expected to be arraigned on charges from the new complaint filed on April 26.

Breeden said the judge is also expected to rule on whether Reynaga's bail will be increased to $200,000. Prior to the new charges, his bail was previously set at $100,000. Reynaga remains free after posting bail in March.
