Decyferon
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8376906.stm The Supreme court has overturned 2 other court outcomes that were in support of the bank's customers. This has been on hold for the last 2 years because the Office of Fair Trading had deemed the bank charging system to be unfair and unjust and against the consumer credit act. The Banks lost both orginal cases meaning that millions of people were due refunds back from the banks for unlawfully high and unfair charges having been levied against their accounts. Now the supreme court has overruled it in favour of the banks, I am disgusted this is clearly the courts supporting the banks so the banks dont have to pay out any more money and this is purely a political decision, I am outraged by this.
