LOL the tar deteriorates faster than paint because of the sunlight. the value in coversall is their ability to go right over wet paint and not get that ill bleed through from the paint you're covering. the shit sits on top of whatever you apply it to and doesnt soak in...which is why it fades so quickly. good for cleans or doing silvers.
