When its totally wasted, it all kind of blends in and the art or destruction (choose one) gets lost. If its just a few tags to even moderate tags its still like its not supposed to be there, and it stands out better. And things that aren't normally tagged (toilet seats, urinals, ceilings, floors, lights) crack me up and stand out even more. I like looking at myself, though, so I don't like scribed mirrors. If it already has been hit up or is fucked up, I tend to pull out a marker and hit up. If it's spotless, I sometimes don't, unless I'm in an asshole mood and everything in sight gets hit.
