Master Shake Posted December 20, 2009 Share Posted December 20, 2009 i'm not saying i'm not a fan of boston style, and even though i'd never attempt to try it, the 3d isn't typical. i was always taught you need your 3d to all go in the same direction or have a vanishing point, i mean, that's how depth works in real life. not hating, just wondering if anyone had any info when your dealing with 3d objects, and bending and flexing them, your gonna end up with bits of 3d going everywhere. the only instances in real life where the 3d lines go into vanishing pionts or all face the same directions is when you are dealing exclusively with flat planes and perpendicular angles and shit. think about a cereal box. if you punch the middle of it your gonna see what is bassicly 3d on both sides becasuse the box is now curved in. am i making sence to you? i can illustrate this concept if need be.
