It would be nuts to even consider meeting with a random that just posted shit on 12oz. To meet these people you have to gain respect in the graffiti community, or find someone who knows them. Your best bet might be to go to a graff shop explain yourself just say you want to do a story on him or what ever and if they know him could they kindly pass the information along, leave your details, and hope someone calls.
