Yeah like every Cholo gang has at least one member that calls himself "Joker" in it. I don't know why but those characters have always been a part of cholo history, and as a result it has influenced non-cholo Mexican artists as well. I don't know why but it'd be interesting to look up. Also I doubt a "Mexican kid" did that drawing.
