CrazyLazy Posted June 12, 2004 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Cut soda/beer/high calorie drinks from your diet. That stuff adds on the pounds. If you cut out like 250-300 calories a day and work out for like a half hour to hour it's pretty effective. I lost 10 pounds in a month doing that. 40 minutes on the bike everyday, and no soda.
