Then he doesent pass his credit report. FUCK - there were alot of people trying to get this apartment and we were actually first to turn in all the info so if he passed id be packing up my shit right now!!! nomadawhat Posted September 23, 2002 Share Posted September 23, 2002 thats tough to get around. you could always try to talk to the landlord and explain why his credit is bad (only if no more than a few things are fucked on his report), get a letter from a previous landlord stating that rent was always paid on time, pay a few months up front. good luck.
