I bought it for my girl at the time. We also found an on-the-spot pair of dirt-cheap replacement jeans at a thrift on 9th street in Manhattan once. Thrift shopping has its definite moments. girl-lies Posted June 18, 2002 Share Posted June 18, 2002 i bought so much shit at thrift stores.. and it is because im poor.. but ife gotten a turntables/8track/tape machine with two 10's .. mounds of clothes of course.. alot of old records that are fun to scratch on (im not hip hop.. but i like making noise) i also bought this video camera from the 1950's (i believe.. atleast somewhere around there) and i am currently in search of film for it... um.. i bought my prom outfit at a thrift store.. my ex- bought her prom 'dress' from a thrift store.. the list goes on but who wants to really hear this shit?
