  1. what's this about the media not saying his name?

    wtf does it matter

    his name is James Holmes

    his name is James Holmes

    his name is James Holmes

Jesus christ you're like the second illiterate fuck to say this.

NOBODY SAID THE MEDIA WAS WITHHOLDING HIS NAME.

  2. I was just reading that gun sales in Colorado have spiked and I question the assumption that having more people armed in that cinema would have been a better alternative.

Having armed citizens in the theater is not necessarily a safer option. First off it means that you will simply have more bullets flying. That automatically increases the chances of more people getting shot. Of course you think that an armed citizen will see the shooter and use his weapon to stop him. However, is that citizen going to be a well aimed shot or will he/she start firing randomly in panic, whill he/she be disciplined to move in to a safer firing line where people behind or close to the shooter aren't put in greater danger? Will the citizen be able to correctly identify the shooter? Or will the citizen instead identify another citizen with his/her weapon drawn instead of the shooter? Without a coordinated response would more than one armed citizen complicate the situation raising the chances of the wrong people getting shot?

Without proper training and experience I'm far from convinced that arming the citizenry is an answer to the problem of psycho shooters in the US (and elsewhere).

AS I've already stated before in another thread, you have to go through a pretty strict background check to get a license to carry.

And most people with carry permits tend to be the type who take the shit seriously and go to shooting ranges regularly.

You're not gonna find too many knuckleheads with a carry permit just pointing their gun all sideways blindly bucking like it's a Tupac video.

Even if someone else accidentally did catch a stray, it'd be a lot less innocent victims than if Ronald McDonald lookin ass nigga's AR didn't jam before getting off all them 100 rounds.

So yeah, I'm pretty sure if there was a couple dudes in there with guns of their own dude would have been neutralized with a lot less casualties.

Even with all that body armor, he still would have got knocked on his scrawny ass by the impact.

  3. I have done a shit load of acid and even mixed it with coke once I never did shit like this

Maybe he just had alot of free time if your going to blame it on any drug blame it on the salts or shit blame it on Colorado what the fuck is there to do in Colorado any way just saying

Different people react differently to drugs like LSD.

Just because you trip every weekend and you consider yourself just fine doesn't mean the next guy who does it just as much won't turn into a bugged out nut case.

For all I know he could've never touched the shit, but as somebody who saw a lot of people over use that shit back in the 90's it wouldn't surprise me at all if that's what threw him for a loop and turned him from a PHD student into the bugged out mess he is now.

  4. I am in no way a supporter of the police, but this story is not the one to try and rally behind. Don't know how many of you are in so-cal but I believe this was in the area bordering azusa. Not some fucking yuppy O.C. suburb. So cops are already gonna be fuckheads just because of their patrol area. And i don't know about the rest of you law-abiding citizens, but the last time i ran from a cop I wasn't up to any sort of good. Luckily i'm white and live in the burbs tho :-D

So people should only react when the police shoot some white yuppie in the back for no reason, but the pigs get a pass to do whatever the fuck they want to whoever they want in the hood?

That is what you're saying, right?

  5. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2012/07/25/un-treaty-takes-shape-and-takes-aim-at-gun-owners/

No I am not a Fox news reader, it was the first that popped up in google.

Not necessarily a direct threat to the 2nd amendment, but I can see where some

gun owners/anyone with a hand in fire arm sales could be pissed.

The state department already put out a statement saying that they would never sign a treaty that infringes on any part of our constitution including the 2nd amendment. And that this U.N. shit isn't even trying to come at the U.S.

Figures Faux News would still be trying to run with that though.

  6. Campus police are real jakes.

They can lock you up or shoot you dead just like any other jakes.

Bottom line is you can arm chair quarterback all you want, but what it all boils down to is Paterno is getting unfairly character lynched for something that he didn't do and that he really didn't try to cover up like he's being accused of doing.

  7. that shit happened back in 02 meaning that they continued to work side by side with a known boy fondler for almost another decade.

Yeah, after the police said their was nothing to the story.

Bottom line is they did go to the cops.

He's being accused of not doing that.

If the cops said there's nothing too it, then how is he legally bound to go to someone else?

That was his boy after all, I'm sure he wasn't trying that hard to believe it was true.

  8. If someone steals your car outside of 7-11 your community of blue collar workers isnt going to help you chase down the ididot.

But then neither do the police. At least not these days. They just take a report then call you when it turns up stripped under some bridge somewhere, then most likely charge you for the towing and storage fees. Cops ain't interested in doing shit unless it involves finding something they can fine or arrest the person standing in front of them for. Anything that actually involves them putting in work just gets typed up on their lap top then forgotten while they go back to prowling for somebody to fuck with.

What needs to be done IMO, is police forces need to stop being about what everything else in America is about. Money.

Notice a rise in DUI arrest lately? Click it or Ticket, I doubt its to prevent driving deaths.

That's exactly why the blood alcohol level that they can lock you up for is barely enough to give a 12 year old Asian girl a slight buzz.

They have this "no refusal" shit now where I'm at which means that if you refuse a breathalyzer they will strap you down and draw your blood against your will.

If that's not the absolute most unconstitutional shit ever, then it's at least up there.

Demilitarize the police, atleast county/city and if need be let the Staties be the hardmen and let officers actually on the streets be more focused on serving and protecting than revenue and beating anyone who gives them some lip.

You get out what you put in, if you fill your communities with disrespect and anxiety, you'll be treated with disrespect and anxiety.

    Simple as that.

People think the Masons run shit in this country, fuck that it's the FOP that runs shit in this country.

Even the president caught shit for speaking out against a cop.

  9. all i know is rush limbough was definitely saying that the new batman movie was a media brainwashing tool of the democrats so this guy did it to try and kill obama's supporters. batman + illuminati = 9/11

The conspiracy nuts are going off with this shit.

The best one I heard was that this Ronald McDonald lookin ass nigga is really a government agent who was trained by the FBI to pull off this massacre to influence some secret vote going down in a couple weeks to repeal the 2nd amendment.

Try telling one of these dipshits that there is no vote coming up having anything to do with the second amendments or even gun control at all.

  10. People act like in America every man, woman and child had a fucking gat.

The legal ownership of guns has little to do with heavy handed jakes who'd rather shoot you in the Nike and back then catch you by the collar.

Its a cultural thing, the police *while they do serve a purpose of keeping the community safe they are ambigious in their position as ENFORCERS of the law, whatever it may be.

Whether the law of the day theyre enforcing is by catching bank robbers who broke the ''do not steal alot of other peoples fucking money'' or whether its to keep the people in check they are instruments of the government.

They are made up of our peers, but they are not ones of us.

Theyd just as soon shoot someone for disrespecting them as they would someone who shot at them.

I agree with most of this, except for *this part.

I honestly believe it's getting to (if not already gotten to) the point where most communities in America are less safe due to the threat of police.

I mean unless you're one of the rich and powerful the police aren't there to protect you, they're out to get you.

And if it wasn't for the police presence in the working class communities, the people would do just as good if not better at policing themselves.

I mean, at least better than this occupying army anyways.

  11. Your country brought the heavy handed police on yourselves. They literally have to behave this way because every person in the street potentially could kill them.

At what point did you think everybody being allowed to own guns for 'protection' against the boogeyman was a good idea?

If it was only the cops that had access to guns in the first place I think you'd find they'd be a shit load friendlier and the country as a whole wouldn't be paranoid about a dude breaking into their home. (not to mention openly wanting to kill the guy for doing it)

U dun goof'd and now you are paying the consequences.

That's funny because back in the day when most people actually could just walk around with a gun in their tuck and thus every person actually could potentially kill you, the police actually behaved like human beings.

Nowasdays with super strict gun control to the point where you have to jump through all kinds of hurdles and pass super strict background checks even in the gun friendliest of states, the police behave like a foreign occupying army.

Even during Jim Crow era the worse they'd do to crowds of black people was turn the fire hoses on them and/or club them.

At what point did you think everybody being allowed to own guns for 'protection' against the boogeyman was a good idea?

Some time in the 1780's after we kicked the Brits the fuck out and wrote our constitution.

And it worked just fine until the militarization of our police shortly after strict gun control ensured that most people on the street wouldn't be armed and therefore the pigs can have free reign to do whatever the fuck they want.

  12. the Chief of Campus Police.[/color] When Attornet General Tom Corbett was told he assigned 2 Detectives to investigate more allegations against Sandusky."

    End thread.

  13. I will definitely agree with you on that point, but I never said that chairs would stop the bullets. What I was saying was that taking cover >>>>>> not taking cover.

And my point was that there was nowhere to truly take cover.

It's not just cover but also concealment. If the shooter doesn't know you are there because he can't see you behind a seat he won't be shooting at you.

Dude had a hundred round drum plus whatever was in the two glocks.

Somehow I doubt he would have left without walking up and down the aisles checking for survivors had his AR not jammed up.

But then there I go armchair quarterbacking again.

  14. Whilst firing anything in to a crowd with Children is fucking astonishing, having kids with you whilst you're throwing things at armed and aggressive cops probably isn't what you'd call responsible parenting either..., if that's what happened.

    /sociallyresponsibleyesIam

They were residence of the neighborhood who saw the police gun dude down just for running.

Don't blame the people for reacting, blame the police for inciting.

Personally, I would have sent the kids inside too. But it is what it is.

  15. Too bad the brown skins didnt kill a few coppers.

As for the gang member in the first case, if he shot at the cops, then fair play to the pigs for offing him back.

As for the unarmed guy who just ran, it sounds like another case of out of shape pigs cant do their job so they let one fly.

Fuck em, make the block hot.

    WTF are you talking about?

    Nobody shot at the cops.

There was only one dude who was chased down and shot for running.

Then people started throwing shit at the cops and they sicked their dog on a mother and her baby and shot beanbags at other people.
