It's funny how people always said that the internet didn't represent who's actually up in the streets but I been seeing more and more sites documenting everything on the streets from marker tags to fillins. Back in the day, no one wanted to waste film on just tags and outlines but in this digital age why not flick everything right?

sometimes, it's the absence of alcohol/drugs/partying that gives you time to do so much graffiti...

Couldn't have said it any better... If you're going to do a fillin over an outline, make sure it's bigger/equal in size than said outline. technically, this is just an outline as well, so it doesn't mean people can just go over it w/ fillins:
