These letters are really stylish, if you had a dope 3d that would be an excellent piece.
However, DVS crew is a really legit crew in the US, with killers like Myth, Apaul, Sneke, and Hews.

outline the throwie with your fill color of choice, then fill in with an even back and forth motion while moving slowly down.
then notice where the lines are darker, and outline with a dark color like black.
Also, keep the outline smooth, and try to do it all the first time, it will look cleaner if your lines have purpose.
Andd remember, light fills, dark outlines, and vice versa.
