Hell yeah. Thanks homie. I am going to hold off on pix til the truck is up and running. I broke the fucking bank on repairs and permits so its not much to look at right now. And I agree, small menus are the ticket. Do fewer items, but do them well...

Best steak I ever had was at the 'hip' steakhouse inside the Palms in Vegas. It was cooked in a 3000 degree oven so the outside was almost crunchy. Perfect med rare in the middle.
