Ben Wallace to the knicks for some garbage(malik rose, freddy jones, q-rich). one more rumor for the thread. I can't believe Joe Dumars got rid of Ben Wallace and it worked out, dude is averaging like 8 rebounds and shooting 40% from the stripe this season.

i had to work at a place that played only the newest of the new country. Rodney Atkins "Watchin You" might be the most shameless thing ive ever heard in my life. topics in the song include: mickey d's nuggets, camo pants, cowboy boots, a child praying, father-son bonding over a child's first "4 letter word" and so on.
the guy i worked with knew way too much about each song. He'd make remarks like "Oh, this song was written poolside at Sammy Hagar's place."

I think the Pau Gasol factor was part of the reason the Suns went for Big Diesel. They lost to the lakers with Bynum already.
They will have better confidence with their defensive rebounding, and Shaq now has a younger dominant power forward(Amare) who is gonna blow up without his previous match-ups against centers.
Grant Hill throws it in to Shaq with Nash and either Barbosa or Bell on the weak side and Amare on the elbow waiting for the short jumpshot or the run to the basket if they double off of him.

He still basically wants to dismantle the public schools(which, after the epic failure of 'no child left behind' might be a good thing) but what will be next?

I have no problem with this, I think it's funny. Some people may object. It's about freedom, and I respect that.

NBA 2K8 -- slightly less impressive graphics than NBA Live 08, but far better gameplay and fluid controls.
The NBA Live series tends to outsell NBA 2K8, but that's only because people are usually brand name whores. The NBA 2K series tends to be rated higher overall by game reviewers.
The 2K games are always more true to life, and the LIVE series has always been an unrealistic dunkfest. They have the alley-oop option way too accessible, and they've been known to let players like Chauncey Billups or even Jason Kidd dunk all game. I do like the NBA Live for the wii because you can use the remote to steal, shoot, block etc.
