The Pistons look like they could be the worst team in the league so far. Too many minutes for Austin Daye and Charlie V, just depressing. Ben Wallace plays like 44 minutes...Ben Gordon(who's been paid way too much) should be starting over Rip, who we should get rid of, and Rodney Stuckey should be one of the best 6TH MEN in the league not a starter. Where are Greg Monroe's minutes? Why did we draft this guy if he's only gonna play a few minutes in the second quarter? They're gonna have to go 0-10 before a change is gonna come. Fingers crossed for acquiring Josh Smith or maybe Chris Kaman as the season progresses.
and last night that bastard Jermaine O'Neal was dunking all over the palace of auburn hills. Back in the glory days when Sheed was guarding him that would never happen! /iMAD

so is it similar to 'trapped in the closet'?

going to Yankee stadium today for the game, this could be elimination for the bombers. I'm a Tigers fan, so I;m strictly cheering for Curtis Granderson and enjoying my free tickets courtesy of my boss. Could be some Rangers franchise history in the making!

I saw him on tour with Aceyalone, Ab Rude and micah 9 about 8 years ago. Acey was killin it, then Eyedea grabbed the mic and suggested that all freestyles consist of 3-syllable words for the rest of the session. That is what I will always remember him for, unfortunately.
The Rock Steady reunion freestyle on the CM FAMALAM show was decent. RIP

Is the Banksy opening of the Simpsons transgressive or subversive? No, not unless you think millionaires tweaking the noses of billionaires is subversive; I'd like to see Werner Herzog or Michael Haneke do one. I'd also like the show not to be so terrible, but if wishes were horses, then that would be super weird.

Re: I wanna see your...........PETS!
rusto, labor day porch chilling while i was grillingand some old bonus flicks, tug of war, that he always wins.
My pit looks similar to your dog, these pics don't do it the most justice but the resemblance in the tug o war photo is spot on

play some blackjack at the Greektown casino. When Allen Iverson was a Piston, he would cash game checks there!
You should get the detroit style coney at least once while visiting. Try Lafayette coney island at 118 W. Lafayette Blvd.
Right around the cross streets of Mt. Elliot and Mack, there is an outdoor installation art display called the Heidelberg Project that has been there for decades, it takes up most of a block or more. I guess that would be worth checking out too.

Detroit trumps Ann Arbor anyday, A2 is just a college town full of well-to-do liberals.
I'd say start by checking out these bars:
Lager House
Corktown Tavern
The Bronx Bar
The Old Miami
The Magic Stick/Majestic
TV Bar
and see if that leads to any after-hours shit. Helps if you actually know someone there, otherwise you're done drinkin at 2am and lookin for a titty bar. Check out "The Booby Trap" on 8 mile.

i think this was fake..

this shit has already come and gone in my neighborhood, but at its height I remember girls carrying ice in their purses to counter ice someone. We kept some at the bar I worked at, there was a girl who would ice customers. This all happened back in like April or May, I can't believe it's stilll going. Kinda reminds me of edward 40 hands as a trend.

Don --The good sign with that adopted dog is that it has it's tail and ears. I hate seeing people chopping Pit's ears and tails.
So he's good with the beagle, how's his temperament and personality? Is he timid because of the new surroundings and how is he with people?
It's been two weeks today, he's as chill as can be. big hit at the neighborhood veterinary clinic, thank god I found a doctor off the bat who loves pitbulls, that is hard to come by. My vet actually owns a pit.
This little guy loves people, he is a very affectionate dog. When I walk him around on my nights off, we hit the bars with yards and such, he draws a lot of attention(which he loves).
The ASPCA finally got me his papers, i got him on heartgaard, just registered his chip information under my name.

It's been about a week since I adopted this 8 month old pit bull/staffordshire terrier mix from the kill shelter in my area. He was found in the Bronx tied to a fence in a heavy rainstorm, left to die with no food or shelter around him.
He gets along great with the beagle/lab mixed dog I've had for 3 years. They have a royal rumble in the living room every day around 2pm

oy vey!
My tap water is cloudy at first also, and when I'm refilling water pitchers in the restaurant I work at, the pitchers are cloudy for a minute. We have to wait for them to clear up before the waiters refill people's water at the tables.
I heard that the secret to great tasting New York pizza is in the water, and that authentic New York pizza joints in other states have the water imported.

Iguodala has the most dunks for a small forward in the league, that's what he's good for.
So Charlie Villanueva tweets that KG called him a cancer patient during last night's game. What a scene.
