That one in specific is still active for the DOD and its part of a nuclear cask line,basically its a special line that hauls nuclear waste material its supposed to resist impact of derailments and such while providing containment of radiation,so stay away;)

There are 33 of these cars, PBRX 200601-200633. These are rebuilt from Amtrak 71000 series box cars, including the addition of mechanical refrigeration for Tyson Meats.
