The person who said iif they don't already have your face then you're fine. Just don't let them have your face a first time. If you're in a hood wear a scarf, ski mask or something on the outside. You don't want the hood falling down, that split second and they can get your hair colour/face=fucked. Echoing what others have said, very few cameras are actually monitored, here in England at least. Only on tube trains and stations, predominantly for terrorism suspicion. A few odd ones in the street but there's so many recording that they aren't all being monitored. On the whole, as everyone said, keep face covered head down and you're sorted. And yea, get out of here, you're not missing much.
