90 days is TERRIBLE. What the fuck. They're trying to eliminate all graffiti in richmond by 2007, for the fucking jamestown anniversary. How about all fucking MURDER, or RAPE. That'd impress the tourists with our fair city. I've heard kids from other smaller towns in va talk about richmond and they're afraid! They think they're gonna get mugged. They're not worried about seeing graffiti, they can handle that.
