Anyone here into Callisthenics?
I hate fukn gyms and I'm working OS as a teacher at the mo so I ain't flush with cash like I usually am on home soil. I train for overall fitness and to help in other shit that I like, cycling, surfing, snowboarding, volleyball, hiking, other shit. I've been doing a tweaked version of this shit http://www.sivamdesign.com/home/fitness/files/schd_wow.html that I found online. I'm really digging the Indian and Wide Arm Pushups at the Mo. Overall it works good for me, keeping cut, increasing reps (can't really increase my own weight easily), feel good and pumped and feel like I'm getting stronger. Any 12'ozers views on the Callisthenics tip?

As a rapidly aging old cunt(mid 30's and not getting younger) who has the travel bug I've learnt to paint alone more often than not. Of the 1001 cunts I've painted with I've only ever had a small handful of GOOD SOLID HONEST paint partners/crew. Too many heads turn snitch, hipster, jailhead, drug abuser, whatever. Ain't no T Bell in Oz sadly. They opened in Sydney AKA Dumb Faggotville and then when that didn't work they packed up and left. Sucks for the rest of us, all they had to do was open one near my place and I'd have been there 3 times a day. When I was living in the US I always had at least 1 meal a day there, and it's cheap as fuck too
