so i had to reformat my HD, but unfortunately i didn't get to back up my files. is there any program that you know of that can recover those files, or by reformating did i completely clean out the HD?

my neighbors dog has this annoying habbit of barking at odd hours of the night for what seems like a half hour. that shit is annoying as fuck. 3am and the fucker is barking. *she finally stopped...
