  1. hardly a mentnion of anything outside of backpack hip hop. good looks on spazz, black flag, 7 seconds... some obscure randos:

    splodgenessabounds - graffiti

silent majority - windows down (not really a great track...)

  2. i have a question

i bought a sliver k71 and used up all the krink in it already

now i wanna fill it up with some ink (oink mixed with some pilot for darkness, dope shit oink)

does anyone know where i can get replacement tips for this marker?

or even empty markers of that type?

    thanks

is there anywhere to find these nibs in chisel or even bullet tip in bulk? (to fit a k71 or unipaint broad tip)

  3. this stuff is pretty amazing. mostly working in 2D with all my design work and only getting into 3D with fabrication sculpture, i'll have to try this out. those images are pretty incredible.

what kind of time is involved on one of those face models? considering someone is moderately experienced...

  4. to the best of my knowledge, these are long gone already. some dude on another board had a pair two weeks ago.

those public enemy sk8 his are great... didn't supreme do those?

um from what i heard of, right now they are only availbe instore not online at

two stores.when you have to pay to be in some club and the other is the

"Nort Berlin" store which i have no idea where it is, in berlin or not, i have no idea

  5. wallabees will never be played. classics.

i went for brown oiled leather. not really feeling the "football" leather and the sand suede gets dirty in 5 minutes.

  6. they need to put up that w)taps/aNYthing army tee with the taxi driver quote on the back up online... my homie is getting tired of shopping for me in the city

  7. the thing is alife did the wu tang collaberation and im not going to front they had some fucking bad ass shirts. but beacuse alife did it tho brown babies and married to the mob jumped on it and just made it all look cheesy and shit.

alife was carrying married to the mob on rivington last time i was there... i had always thought they backed the line, bringing it up as part of retail mafia. either way, the line has its ups and downs and a snotty blog to boot... both lines are still the same thing - hotties of the nigihtlife living it up and selling t-shirts.

  8. i'm going to back up everyone and say take a class. it'll save you the imminent guesswork in burn times, $$$ you're going to spend on equipment and will give you access to tons of equipment you can't afford otherwise. if you're going to do it right, it takes time and precision. if you don't care about mediocre results, get one of those kits and that's what you'll get.

if you live near a larger college, most of their labs are pretty accessible if you know someone taking classes. i took classes earlier on in school, but had access to the labs to use their vaccum UV units, film printers and washout booths - which saved tons of time and errors in the long run.

if you really want to go DIY, this book is the bible. it shows you how to build almost everything you'd ever need and has tons of information. http://www.ryanrss.com is also a massive printing resource of equipment and has pretty extensive information about the inks they carry. (seeking --- i've also ordered from victory factory with good service)

there are a lot of differences between paper and textiles (especially in the inks you'll use), but this book lays out both. don't waste your time on the speedball books and tools you can get from michael's.

  9. aNYthing's model has definitely been an inspiring one - putting on you and your friends in an open collaboration venue while getting paid. sounds like a dream job to me...

as far as i've been absorbing, the initial jumpoff was financed by supreme, but is the brainchild of a-ron in its initiall tee lines and sneaker before the retail space opened.

that village voice article is interesting, not mentioning that the $170 tee's from another line and the aNYthing tees are $22. $.99 to $99... its nice to see another perspective other than the hypebeast blogs. whatever floats though - its fashion and people are going to run with whatever they can.
