The genes that are related to criminal behavior will be earmarked and the felons will now be locked up for the rest of their lives.The private corporations that control the prison systems will prosper, and the masses will be unable to revolt. The staged wars will continue, stage terror attacks to bring about a draft,more draconian laws to quell any reistance by anyone half awake,and then after years of slaughter and destruction, a savior will appear in the mask of the UN.
