It's part hilarious (wacky hair competitions) and part quite sad, where they speak to young ladies who who say they're afraid of being judged as dirty or poor if they don't spend big on their hair. It also looks into some of the racial/sociological reasons as to why the industry began. It's really, really worth a watch.
