Guest imported_El Mamerro
I've never thought Vin Diesel was a bad actor... after seeing him in Pitch Black and Boiler Room I thought he was pretty damn good. Unfortunately he's been typecast with roles that require shitty lines. That said, I was surprised how forced most of his lines in this movie seemed. He was a lot more natural in Pitch Black, this was a step back, partly in due to the toning down of his dialogue to short blurts and one-liners á la Triple X. He had good shit in the first movie... "Cause you don't spend half your life in lock-down with a horse-bit in your mouth and not believe... and you surely don't start out in a liquor store trash bin with an umbilical cord wrapped around your neck and not believe. Oh, absolutely I believe in God. And I absolutely hate the fucker."
