You're better off focusing on letters more than getting your lines all tight, because can control is a thing that comes in time naturally. Not criticizing your shit, but what good is a piece that has a crazy fill and tight lines, if the letter structure is booty? Just my 2 cents.

For example - look at Speak's shit - All that time spent on the fill with no letter structure to back it up. It's like driving a rusty '91 Ford escort with some wild expensive 22's on it. Booty

It's pretty simple- make sure your letters and connections make sense. Nobody wants to see arrows and doodads coming out of nowhere. That shit is for the kids who want to paint some wild shit before they can do a straight letter or a throwup. If your letters are on point, you can do a simple fill and the shit still bangs. It doesn't work the other way around. At the end of the day, if the letters aren't there, you got nothing but an art school project.
