  1. so last week was excruciatingly painful, but the good painful. im about healed up this week but i have an acute soreness in my right elbow.

     

    about a year and a half ago i tore a tendon in my right arm (still unsure how). the hand specialist i went to said it was an extreme case of chronic tennis elbow. at first it was a very sharp pain, but the less i used the are the less it would hurt and the pain would became dull, then about month ago it seemed to have vanished. well i went to the gym 3x last week and i feel like its slightly returned. i skipped yesterday but im going back tomorrow. anyone have a similar experience?

    any suggestions?

    the 30yr mark is getting real close for me...

     

    i think AOD might make a good gym partner /nh

    but when i was going 3 or 4x a week

    bench maxed out at 315

    but i would start at 185 and up it to 225 regular set.

    dead lift 405

    squat 315 maxed

    military 185

    shrugs and 455, i think thats how i tore the tendon in my arm.

    barbell curl (long bar) topped off 3rd set with 105 sometimes good days 125.

    usually did 100 dips etc.

     

    i never took this too serious i actually started going to motivate an exgf and it was fun. im not jacked, im noticeably muscular but not like a juice bag, just tried to consume 80 grams of protein a day on workout days. only fucked with muscle milk, never took a daily supplement and never did cardio but i can easily run an 8 min mile.

     

    i did just go today and did chest and triceps and sprinkled in a little biceps to get the blood flowing, last year i was 190 not im at 177 and a gut started creeping. im also 5'10'' according to a physical i took last year but i think im in the 5'9'' range

     

    i maxed out at 135 on bench today i was laughing the entire time, but my arms are all swelled up like last year, even though they felt like jelly a few hours ago.

     

    this is my new fave thread consider me subscribed.

     

    any suggestions are more then welcome criticism needed. even troll comments.

  5. going back to the gym i've been out for almost a year bc of an injury any advice/suggestion/pointers?

     

    i just want to get all the soreness out of the body asap. should i just blast everything the first day /nh i know ill be aching for about a week but i want to speed it up. supplements for a faster recovery etc?
