In my opinion legals are cool for when people want to put up some nice burners and don't want to worry about getting booked. They are also useful for exhibits and gatherings. But on some reals, they don't decrease the amount of illegal graf and they certainly don't make illegal graf look better. To make illegal graf look better, you need to go out bomb and try to figure out how to make it look better. Having a legal to practice on don't make sense. Use paper to practice on. Use walls to show what your practiced and perfected. It would be cool to have walls that you can go and paint and not have to pay for a permit and have to deal with paperwork but that aint happening anytime soon where I live.

I aint tryin to start to beef or anything but I don't get why your gonna hate on a fuckin amazing writer. He's got crazy style and helped invent modern graffiti.Not only that, but he has made a crazy good living off of it (not my main point but a good one). I'm not tryin to hang from SEEN's nuts or anyting, but please don't hate cuz you can't make a living from shitty marker tags and outlines every couple blocks. The man has already paid his dues and gotten rep. You haven't. Holla at me.
