RIP to Burlington! Just got back from a trip on the ex-BCR line. Had a thuderstorm pass through, knocked some trees across the tracks - got delayed for a day. Definitely not the best way to travel if you've got a set schedule. CN engines do have cameras that point forward, and voice recorders as well.

Common sense isn't so common. Went on a trip recently, along the ex-BC Rail line. Beautiful scenery and really fucking cold, if you're not geared up. Wish I could post pictures.

Checked out the Hobo Film Festival the other day. It was pretty good, seeing as how I've almost never watched movies about trainhopping. Met some cool people, might go on a short trip sometime soon. (If anyone knows about hopping in BC, get in touch.) I couldn't handle watching those YouTube clips; what a bunch of idiots.

The last post made me want to fuck off from here and end up somewhere far away, watching the desert from a train. If only... I'm real envious.
