wanted to ask a question based on the msk clash of the titans videos that were put up before the event went bust. i constantly struggle and hate on most of my styles having had to pretty much work it out for myself, not being one of those fortunate enough to be schooled in but it seemed that both rime and risk had contrasting opinions on graffiti foundation. on one hand risk was looking at arrows as a heavy feature in the judging of the comp while on the other, rime seemed to be writing off the use of unnecessary arrows and connections. then looking at a rime piece you usually see the appearance of arrows. i hope no one takes offence cos i aint hating, i dig what these guys do, i guess its just a generalised graffiti foundation question really, perhaps this aint the right place to bring it up

just want to ask the etiquette behind all that wack ass ctcv shit i see on the lines, if a piece is messed up by ctcv does that make the spot up for grabs? im all but retired but noticed that some writers stay on top o their shit and get back over the ctcv but some o the stuff seems to stay messed up where there was and could be some dope pieces.

i think this event is gonna be rad to check out and ill make every effort to be there if the location is ever announced. however i think the two things that most people have failed to point out is the obvious contradiction of revok and others (i think) being involved in an ironlak promotion competition when they are sponsored by MTN, i would think that was a breach of contract or some shit and the raw deal that the paint company is shelling out 20 g's for whoever wins and possibly paying for their flights and accomodation (i dont know this for sure so sorry if im wrong) for guys who generally get paid to do what they do aswell as free paint, while the rest of us suckers are still forking out top dollar to do shit for free with the paint they are promoting. not hating, just food for thought and at the end of the day it is one hell of a promotional stunt guaranteed to generate sales. 20000 tins sold at a dollar off would benefit the consumer better but hey whatever and yes if i was widely enough recognised to be invited into the comp then i would get down with it for sure and yes as long as it doesnt cost me ninety bucks (like rampage was going to) then i will go check it out. see you there kids

the stupid thing about the saber piece is that (as it appears from the posted images) they have only buffed the piece and left a whole lot of other graff around it. are they continuing down the entire river to eradicate every tag, throw and piece? or is this just a big target for political gain? i really dont understand the motivation behind this sort of thing. makes no sense whatsoever, particularly after all these years. are they looking to develop the area and therefore need to make it look nice for investors? they pull this sort of clean up in cities all over the world, pumping taxpayer cash into cleaning up areas laden with graffiti that no one really minds if its there or not. in fact many cases (like this piece) have been embraced by community and gone on to enhance an area or inspire more creativity. but again the politician knows best and knows exactly what you should be seeing, especially in those areas that you never go to....

just wondering, what exactly makes it such a whack/weak post? make sure i rectify the problem for all of your majestic greatness next time i think about putting up some images of train graffiti in a train graffiti forum..........anyone?

ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaa! optimus primer the transformers hybrid, i didnt really see any real questions, just a bunch of stupid ass statements by a bunch of stupid ass americans who have fooled themselves into believing that america is the only country in the world that is developed enough to have trains and aerosol paints. however, congratulations on proving the thread title right. now pull your head out of your collective asses while i decipher your ELITIST questions. where? not america markings? who cares? boxcars? this is pretty much all that lays up in the yard in my town, except for a couple of others which are just variables on the same thing. i dont spend every day on the net so this is the first time i have been back, and the time difference means that when you get this ill be out painting or sleeping. incidently i agree that much of the graffiti i posted is shit, but you cats are basically writing it all off because you dont recognise any of the writers, fuckin douchebag americans............. and what the fuck does the style of car matter???? are you trainspotting nerds or writers? seems that most of the replies are hating on the cars, we dont make em, we just paint em. BIATCHES!!!!

man i wish there was a quicker and easier way to host and post flicks......ill never get that part of my life back!
