I was reading in Motor Trend... or maybe it was Car and Driver, anyways, the new S-Class Mercedes has drive assist, which means it basically drives the car for you in traffic jams under 37mph. It stops, accelerates and turns ALL ON IT'S OWN... by using stereo cameras and following the car ahead of you. Fucking crazy.
It also has a 'perfumer' which can be sent through the air vents, it comes with four scents, but you can put in Chanel No.5 if you so desire. Ridiculous.
Cars these days, I tell ya.

That's true, if you're brewing your own it's a lot cheaper. But if you're not, $2 cup in the morning, $3 red bull in the afternoon... Shit adds up.

Lived at 94 & whittier from 99-06 and rented the entire house for 200 a month. It was actually a nice house too. In the suburbs it would have been worth 150K but where it sits now its probably worth all of 10K tops. Gave very few fucks at the time. Spending all my time in the residential areas of the east side was bad for my mental health. Always had a dream about buying a few houses, fixing one up and leveling the rest but leaving the basements and tunneling like a mole between em. Having escape tunnels.
