I had a posterman and I unscrewed it and filled it with very thinned out rusto oil based. I closed it back on and I kept pressing down on the nib and it wouldnt flow through at all and it was the drippiest, thinnest paint I ever made. So I unscrewed it again and popped the flow thing out from under the nib and it still wouldn't flow. Then I poured the paint out and soaked the nib in the paint for 3 days, it still wouldn't soak into the tip, so I wound up throwing it out. Oh well. Thats how you learn I guess. EDIT: Yeah I thought so too. Where are you getting this pigment ink from? Maybe I'll try some myself. Thanks.

I wasnt going to get them directly from OTR, I was going to email newz12 and see if I could get empty ones off bombing science but since they already have them on urban designz it'll save me the trouble, thanks. Yeah rubbish I have been on ebay lately, my birthday passed and I got lots of money to spend. I might even get that Marsh, havent looked at it yet depends on the price. EDIT: That auction comes out to around 7 dollars and its for 1oz, correct me if I'm wrong but I think thats pretty damn small. I might be interested, is it that much better then old Marsh?

I have Garvey that I got in the mail 2 days ago. I added it to a pilot and poked a shitload of holes in the tip. Its drippy and really nasty. I am getting one of those flowpens from OTR and filling it up with Garvey. I am also thinking about mixing Garvey with Feibings just to see what I get. I have another Garvey 8oz XT-70 Bottle coming in the mail, so I'm gonna fuck around with the Garvey I have now because if I mess it up I have more. So I should be expecting the following stuff in the mail within the next week - 6 XXXL Montana Hardcore Cans, 2 Montana Hardcore Pocket Cans, 4 4oz Bottles of Purple Feibings, and 1 8oz Bottle of Violet Garvey :cool: EDIT: What is the white shit omen talks about to add to the inks to get nice colors?

Ebay! Hey rubbish - can the feibings stain compare to garvey at all? Is it nearly as good? I just forked over 23 bucks for 4 bottles of it so it better haha. Oh yeah I got the pilot writing in violet, I just did the process like 7 more time and I guess it took the black all out :) Peace.

I heard somewhere (dont recall where.. pg perhaps) that it doesnt make a mess if you cover that shit in duct tape when you take the felt out and you get a hell of a juicy nib. Dunno just felt like experimenting instead of always asking you stuff I just needed help on the first step haha. Does this happen to anyone else - whenever I make kiwi mops and write with it I get a streaky line. You can see the brush marks in the line. How do I juice the nib up more? I have tried removing the pressure regulator and I got the same thing, I don't want to squeeze and make it drip I just want a solid line.

Yeah it sounded like liquid to me, too. No worries, they have the methylene blue dry stain. The only carbon paper I can get here is black. Back when my uncle died we raided his house and took all his stuff. He had about 7 pads of violet carbon paper, I would have kept some but this was before I liked graff. Fuck I regret that.

Hey rubbish, how do you do these "buff tests"? Do you just smear the shit you want to see how hard it is to buff on the dumpster and then try to buff it? This is a really great thing thing you do to find out the staining power of inks, nice thinking brainiac. Peace, Chumba.

We both live fairly close to each other so I'm gonna email him and see if he can sell some Garvey to me without the exra money for the shipping on the auction. Anyway they got this leather dye in an aerosol can here, if its as permanent as the other stuff like feibings then it might be like paint, anyone ever tried this?
