Re: M.E.M.P.H.I.S!!
so what, you think that everything youve done is original?
you think your letter structures have never been done?
your stuff is just as much of a combination of styles as anyone who does something out of the norm.
NO ONE does fully original graffiti anymore.
the thing people base their little biting thoughts on when it comes to writers like myself, paser, etc. biting scar, is all on letters and structures having points. maybe a skinny line here and there.
we dont use a bunch of triangles and letters with teeth, eyes and bloody tongues and shit.
so whats next? hating on how we shade our shit? who was the first to do blended shading and shit? daim? no, whoever started using a lighter shade of a color to give a more realistic gleam effect, rather than just using plain old white over the top of any color.
i find it very funny to see a bunch of strait letter kiddies jumping on the 'call other styled writers biters', when with funk and strait letter styles, originality is few and far between.
not everybody worries about what someones name is. some people know by styles. its still all about what your goal is. some people want to go out and destroy property, which i have no respect for.
some people want to go out and burn shit. putting up stuff they would like to see in certain places. do you think everyone could read revok's shit through out his entire career as a writer? sever? exactly. you know because you know what letters to look for or who he is.
and as far as the joke, we're supposed to know thats a joke? alot of people are already on the defensive here, so if you see 'alot of fools' saying it, you say it to, even though you dont agree? why do that?
i still want to know who you are, not for any beef reasons, just for the sake of knowing.
you seem to know who everyone else is here.
and your last line, about getting offended. no ones really offended, maybe defensive, but any drama thats brought out, graffiti, or any other hobby, it really puts a damper on your enjoyment.
its also funny to me that others get their enjoyment out of graffiti, not by doing it, but by bringing drama for others.
