Guest BROWNer Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 i know there are some minds here that have delved into this subject and put out......i would really appreciate some general/specific helpful hints on the subject, mainly a starting point beyond the actual subject matter/idea behind it..more the technical aspect of where to really start....what do i need to do?.. right now i'm thinking a mag or something like that...the only main idea for it will be imagery......probably something very similar to my threads..images of random stuff and whatever....experimentalish poo-nism.. nothing set in stone by a long shot, just a romantic idea right now, but.. devilush? raven? anyone with any info please contribute, or you can email me and we can hook up the aim steezoid or whatever.... _ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The colour and tonal reproduction on most office or library xerox machines is useless for anything artistic. Talk to a real printer. Are you thinking colour? Guest imported_Tesseract Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 First off all, i'm a lifetime subscriber...browner mag=awesome idea and second...coming from a man who owns a publishing house...you need to learn QUARKXPRESS or ADOBE PAGEMAKER.....thats the most common software for seting up everything to be printed...from books to mags...then you need to find a good typography company...all details and stuff will go from there... send me a copy!
