KiSe
I was wondering if anybody knew anything about these boxcars. Theyre always layed up at my local spot, but i havent seen them anywhere else. Every time i see them theyre always clean, and you can see that they just buff the black strip of paint, i guess so it looks like it hasnt had graff on it before? but i am not sure about theyre origin, or who manufactures railroad co. is. When talking to a yard worker one day he said that a lot of these cars were privatley owend (and these cars were on the line he was talking about) so i was just wondering if anybody else had any info on them. here are a couple pictures of them. http://photos.fotango.com/p/eba00451833f00000021.jpg'>(taken from another thread) http://img61.photobucket.com/albums/v187/iheartfreights/boxcar.jpg'> any info would be appreciated. type R
The name is Manufacturers Railroad CO., i'm sure you just made a typo, but just letting you know. The company is actually owned by Anheuser-Busch and has been around since the late 1800's. I'm pretty sure they rebuild everything from individual engine components to the entire car. and the lines also interchange with the Terminal Railroad and Alton & Southern Railroad.
