how do i get rid of my cookies on this damn thing???

    please help i hate this...its slowing me down...how do i get rid of them????

    go to your profile.

    go to edit options.

    select "no" when it asks if you want to cruise the board with cookies.

    yay!!!

    or just follow my first suggestion

    select them all and delete??

    exactly. you'll find a few other weird sub-directories under that as well.. they'll have names like "T43483HFE" go into them and do the same. all is well.

    you dont type it, you go into your C drive, then into the WINDOWS folder, then into the Temporary Internet Files foder.

    then you'll find all you cizzookies

    Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies

    i can only see an option that says "delete files" and anyway that won't delete cookies.

    dolr - right click on the 'start' button at the bottom left of your desktop. click explore when it comes up.. browse til you find c:windowstemporary internet folder. delete all the stuff in that. there should be some sub directories under that including one called content.ie5 or something.. delete files in that and any other sub directories under it..

    there you go. now you have the joy of being able to put your user name and password into 12oz when you log on again.. weeeeeeeeeeeee
