sacramento
I use vinyl at work< ive found that you almost have to put a clear vinyl over the vinyl that you wrote on to keep it from fading and/or scratching off.
ChunkyBoyz4Life
You wanting to paint on top of the posters? Or just protect them from the sun and such? I work at a sign shop and we use an clear coat that comes in an can just like spray paint to seal over some vinyl. If you are wanting to paint on them yeah markers are the way to go. Paint pens. Even the sakura solid paint markers work.
Pew_Pew_Pew
Make sure you let the paint from the markers cure before spraying clear coat. Wait a couple days. Or else you'll have some gummy posters.
