It's crazy to look back through this thread and see how much things have changed. If anyone cares, Spun is closing and relocating to Boston to work on their clothing company. Anyway, just tossing this idea out here,but back in 09 there was talk of a get together, like the shit that went down at Cream;a big blackbook get together. Anybody up for making something happen? Kept the image this big because you really can't see the letters without it. I'm not too impressed with my fill this time, tried new things and just wasnt comfortable with it. Next battle though. Oh and I don't know if you can see the character but in keeping with the mexican theme, I made a drunk, passed out taco

Not new to the thread, had to make a new account because my old one got messed up, but Bigdork, so much respect for you giving your piece on the vital importance of tagging. Its the building block for everything else. Like Ralph Rock's door shows, you can see that Mes' handstyle has evolved overtime, and my guess is that with the development of a better flowing handstyle, his pieces got better too. Not really sure where I'm going with this, but I just wanted to thank you for pointing out the importance of having a good hand style. I know when i first started it was all about trying to make the pieces look good, never concerned about the tag, but I realized that you always will come off as a toy if your handstyle looks like shit.
