Gotta question for y'all here.. I'm from Philly, might be movin to Bmore next year. I was just down there last week and I noticed somethin that bugged me out: drivin thru the hood all I saw was strAight grey walls up n down.. Every abandoned place and every open wall was buffed in the hood as far as I saw (granted I was just Passin thru, didn't really explore) But I hArdly saw any graff til I got to the center city/campus area... That wAs weird as shit to me cuz I'm used to seein the hood wrecked in every open spot, and center city is mostly the buff mans domain... But it was the opposite what I saw! What's the deal with that?
