  1. had a reasonable weekend

sierra nevada torpedo IPA--solid, not my favorite, but i'll definitely buy again.

ninkasi kraken--'american strong ale,' i didn't really know what to expect but it was pretty delicious. more malty than i usually go for.

rogue brutal ipa--this was also delightful, nothing necessarily that you wouldn't expect from the name or the label, but solid.

some jello shots. yep. not a proud moment.

and a bunch of sierra celebration ale that i always love.

    where'd you get the kraken?

  2. it has a way of doing that...

sat around indio/coachella 3 days waiting and just as i roll out my bag to go to sleep before the sun came up that shit creeped up and stopped long enough for me to haul ass and pop in a miniwell. made it all the way to uvalde and got the boot.

    oh wellssss...

OR me and mr. eatso waiting 3 days in el paso and sneaking into the yard to get on it and as we are walking up talking about barely missing trains that shit airs up and is moving too fast to get on. if we had been 10 seconds faster we would have been on it.

i actually have a bunch of little anecdotes that involve that train.

damn it i need to be on a train.

    shitfuck.

    u still around here blood?

    Ninkasi Sleigh'R

A delicious northwest seasonal brewed with winter in mind. A dark double alt, malty, nourishing and delicious, it's sure to keep the winter at bay, and yes, Sleigh'r does rock!

    7.2% alc./vol. 50 ibus.

I'm not going to lie, this beer gave me a boner after the first sip. Has to be probably one of my favorite seasonal winter brews. Easy to find for my Pacific Northwest heads.

bump this! Ninkasi's the shit. I love me some Total Domination IPA wish we could get some in the rest of the us
