i am not the most proven fixed rider on here fersure,
however the spokecards are for races, they act as id.
much like a number plate but more improvised and DIY.
i suppose kids keep em in there as a mark of participation,
personally i think one is tolerable but kids that are rocking
three or more just look rediculous because doesnt that make
it harder for the mod to see who you are in a race anyway?
i dunno.
