Because of Obama's legislature, in order to graduate from school you have to do 100 hours of community service.
nope. it was an idea that resulted in lots of backlash. As of right now, its no longer on the plate. There is some talk of voluntary community type service that may be rewarded with grants or some other monetary reward. None of this is concrete yet, as far as i know.
