Black Bandit Posted February 7, 2005 Share Posted February 7, 2005 It is getting more difficult for me to buy my paints and markers at my local hardware store becuase NYPD :hatred: is cracking down on them for selling to anyone under 18. I live in Brooklyn NY, can someone point me in the right direction to purchase my supplies. I dont have a credit card so I cant make my purchase on line.
