books

haven’t read much recently, should really get back into it....

stuff i have read and liked..

Douglas Coupland: every book he has ever written, i pick them up the minute they come, don’t even wait for the paperback. my faves are

Generation X, Mircoserfs and Girlfriend in a Comma

Elizabeth Wurtzel: I liked ‘Prozac Nation’ when I was a depressed 17 year old and now im a depressed 23 year old I like ‘More, Now, Again’.

Dave Eggers: A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius

Best title ever, beautiful but rambling book.

Other recent stuff:

J.c herz: Joystick Nation, history of video games type thing….

allen Ginsberg: Journals (mid fifties).

James Cambell: this is the beat generation, fairly regular account of the beats, its all stuff you have probably heard or read some where else.
